541 Lives Touched in Two Days — GeedyStar College Delivers Free Medical Outreach in Osogbo Osogbo, Osun State — 23 August 2025 GeedyStar College of Health Sciences and Technology has successfully concluded its two-day Free Medical Outreach, held at the Agunbelewo Campus in Osogbo, Osun State, on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 August 2025. The outreach provided essential healthcare services to a total of 541 individuals — 176 on Day One and 365 on Day Two — offering free medical consultations, vital signs checks, nutritional counselling, medications, specialist referrals, and OHIS enrolment and sponsorships. The initiative was designed to promote community wellness and provide access to quality healthcare for underserved populations. Participants received care across multiple stations including registration, vital signs, testing, consultation, pharmacy, and final clearance. A special highlight of the event was the guest appearance of Dr Babatunde Adeola Afolabi, Chief Medical Director of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, whose presence added prestige and encouragement to the outreach. > “This outreach was more than an event — it was a mission,” said Engr.
